In this home remodel in Santa Luz, we transformed the space by changing everything without changing everything! The kitchen was redesigned by updating the hood, counters, and backsplash while preserving the original cabinets through a fresh paint finish. Custom beams were added to enhance architectural interest, complemented by zellige tile backtile and quartzite counters.
The original floors were carefully refinished to maintain their character, and accent walls were introduced to add depth and warmth. Throughout the home, new lighting fixtures and paint refreshed the ambiance, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.
To complete the transformation, we thoughtfully combined some of the client’s existing furnishings and decor with carefully selected new pieces. This blend achieves a curated, timeless aesthetic that honors the home's original charm while introducing modern touches.
