This Olivenhain-area home in Encinitas has three new bathrooms to show off, creating three distinct spaces that balance character, functionality, and thoughtful design. The primary bathroom presented a unique layout challenge due to the peaked dormer ceiling; however, through careful space planning, we were able to maximize the layout and transform it into a beautifully proportioned retreat. The design features refined luxury with veined marble surfaces, a statement copper soaking tub, porcelain tile, and warm brass finishes, resulting in a seamless blend of elegance and modern sophistication.
In contrast, the powder room embraces a forest-inspired aesthetic, incorporating a rustic vanity, stone vessel sink, green zellige tile, and mural wallpaper to evoke a calm, organic ambiance. A third bathroom bridges vintage character with contemporary simplicity, anchored by a vintage-style cast iron wall-mounted sink with a brick accent wall.
