This Carlsbad home had a cramped and awkward downstairs layout. Through thoughtful space planning, we reimagined the floor plan, relocated walls, and updated every surface to create a home that feels cozy, modern, and functional.

Upstairs, we switched the locations of the primary bathroom and closet to create a more spacious and practical layout. We also refreshed every finish and completely transformed the kids’ bathroom, giving the entire home a cohesive new look.
