INTERIOR UPDATE AND REMODEL - La Costa, CA

This unique home was a diamond in the rough. The beautiful moldings, architecture, and custom builtins felt dated, tired, and in need of a refresh. In less than a two month period of time, the entire home was repainted, old carpet was removed and replaced with beautiful marble floors and engineered hardwood. The preexisting cherrywood floors were stained in a espresso matte finish. The kitchen received a partial update with paint, waterfall edge countertops in and a full black splash in quartz.
